To withdraw from the settled balance in your Thndr wallet, you can initiate a bank transfer.
Due to laws & regulations:
*Any withdrawal must be made to a bank account under your name (Thndr account owner’s).
*We are not allowed to make third party transactions to accounts that are not in your name.
Steps to Withdraw:
- Head to the Wallet tab on the Thndr app and click on trnsfer (-)
- Click on Wire Transfer
- Select the bank account you use to transfer your money to
- Ensure this account is under the same name as your Thndr account
- You will be able to see the balance available to withdraw* from your account.
- Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw
- Click on Send Details
*You will only be able to withdraw settled cash. It usually takes 1 working day after a sell order for cash to be settled & available to withdraw.
Withdrawal daily cut-off time is 12:00 PM UAE time.
Your withdrawal will be processed the next working day.
*International transfers to bank accounts outside the UAE may be subject to longer timelines.
