To fund your account, follow these steps:
- Click on the Wallet tab in the menu at the bottom
- Click on Top Up (+)
- Choose the currency you will fund your account with [EGP]
Vodafone Cash
- Click on the Vodafone Cash option on the Thndr app through your wallet
- Enter your wallet phone number and proceed
- Enter the amount you’d like to transfer and proceed
- You will be redirected to a page where you will need to enter your wallet PIN along with the code you will receive as an SMS
- Click on Pay with Wallet — and you’re all set!
Important note: we cannot guarantee the reliability of any non-vodafone cash wallet. If you transferred from a non-vodafone cash wallet & cannot see your request in the app, please reach out to us through the in-app chat.
Please don’t forget to confirm your transfer on the Thndr app through your Wallet.
Top-up requests are processed within 1 working day of receiving the amount in our bank account.
