In order to cancel your withdrawal request, please follow the steps below:
- Head to the Wallet tab
- Click on Requests
- Click on Top-ups at the top right & switch to Withdrawals
- Click on the withdrawal request that you’d like to cancel
- Click on Cancel Request at the bottom & confirm
Please note that withdrawal requests can only be canceled while they’re pending, once they become Processing we won’t be able to cancel them.
Processing means the money is out and on the way to your bank account. There’s no way to reverse the withdrawal when the status is processing.
