To verify your account, you are required to provide us with a valid document other than your ID document to confirm your current residential address.
This document must be issued within the last 6 months and must contain:
- Your name
- Your current residential address, which contains (Country, City, and/or P.O Box/Postal Code/House Number etc.)
- The date of issue/expiry
- The issuing authority
Documents accepted as proof of address:
1. National Address – Address Proof
3. Utility bills
How to Upload Your Proof of Address:
1. Complete your basic information in the app by entering:
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Address
- Occupation
2. Follow the steps to:
- Take a selfie.
- Upload a picture of your Emirates ID.
- Upload a clear picture of your proof of address.
