To fund your account, follow these steps:

• Click on the Wallet tab in the menu at the bottom
• Click on Top Up (+)
• Choose the currency you will fund your account with [EGP]

Choose the funding method you would like to use:

• Bank Transfers & Cash
• Deposits
• Instapay
• Vodafone Cash

Bank Transfers & Cash Deposits

Cash Deposit

• Head to the nearest CIB branch (you will not be able to deposit into a CIB ATM)
• Once you click on the cash deposit option you will see our bank details
• After you’ve made the cash deposit at the bank, come back to the Thndr app & click on Confirm
• Enter your deposit amount, deposit date, and the receipt number
• Make sure you upload a copy of the deposit slip

Wire Transfer

• Visit your bank and make a transfer to Thndr’s bank account OR
• Make a transfer from your online banking app to Thndr’s bank account

After you’ve made the transfer, please make sure to confirm the transaction on the Thndr app by following these steps:

• Once you click on wire transfer, you’ll be able to see our bank details
• After you’ve made your transfer, click on Confirm
• Enter your transfer amount, and transfer date
• Please make sure to add the reference in your transfer

Please don’t forget to confirm your transfer on the Thndr app through your Wallet.

Top-up requests are processed within 1 working day of receiving the amount in our bank account.
