To fund your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Wallet tab in the menu at the bottom
2. Click on Top Up (+)
3. Choose the currency you will fund your account with [EGP]

Choose the funding method you would like to use:

• Bank Transfers & Cash Deposits (steps below)
• Instapay
• Vodafone Cash
• E-Payment Providers (Fawry)

Instapay

• Use the Instapay app to make a transfer to Thndr’s bank account (watch this video to learn more about how to use Instapay)
• Make sure you enter the correct bank name, account number & receiver name (you can find these on the Thndr app after you click on the Instapay option)

After you’ve made the transfer, please make sure to confirm the transaction on the Thndr app by following these steps:

1. Once you click on Instapay, you’ll be able to see our bank details
2. After you’ve made your transfer, click on Confirm 
3. Enter your transfer amount, and transfer date
4. You can add a screenshot from the Instapay app to help us locate your transfer faster 

Please don’t forget to confirm your transfer on the Thndr app through your Wallet.

Top-up requests are processed within 1 working day of receiving the amount in our bank account.
