What is Proof of Address? (For Non GCC Residents)

To verify your account, you are required to provide us with a valid document other than your ID document to confirm your current residential address.

This document must be issued within the last 6 months (with exceptions for tenancy contracts) and must contain the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your current residential address, which contains (Country, City, and/or P.O Box/Postal Code/House Number etc.)
  • The date of issue/expiry
  • The issuing authority
 

What documents are accepted as proof of address?

Any official document that states:

  • Your full name
  • Your full address
  • Has an issuance date within 6 months
 

Examples:

 

What documents won’t be accepted?

  • Driver’s license
  • National ID
  • International ID
  • Passport
