To withdraw money from your account, follow these steps:
- Go to your Wallet on the Thndr app and click on withdraw (→)
- Choose the currency you will withdraw your account with (at the moment, only EGP is available)
- Click on Wire Transfer
- Select the bank account you use to transfer your money to
- You will be able to see the balance available to withdraw* from your account.
- Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw
- Click on Send Details
*Your withdrawal will be processed the next working day.
*You will only be able to withdraw settled cash. It usually takes 2 working days after a sell order for cash to be settled & available to withdraw.
