Instapay (Thndr users in Egypt)

To fund your wallet using Instapay you need to follow these steps

1. Make the transfer through InstaPay to Thndr’s bank account and enter the required details (bank name, bank account name, amount, and your Thunder username). 
2. After completing the transfer using InstaPay app, follow these steps in Thndr app:
   1. Go to My Wallet
   2. Tap on the Top up button
   3. Choose InstaPay method
   4. You will be able to see our bank account details
   5. Tap Confirm Deposit
   6. Enter the amount and the date of transfer
   7. You can also attach a screenshot of the transfer confirmation from the InstaPay app

The Top up will be processed within one business day from the time it reaches our bank account.
