You can withdraw funds from your UAE investment wallet through the Thndr app.
Bank Transfer
- Open the Thndr app.
- Go to your wallet.
- Select Transfer (↑) and choose Bank Transfer.
- Select the bank account you’d like to withdraw to.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Click Continue then Confirm.
Important notes:
- You can only withdraw settled cash. After selling stocks, it takes 2 trading days (T+2) for the cash to settle and become available for withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests made before 12 PM UAE time will be processed on the same day. Requests made after 12 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Funds can only be withdrawn to a personal bank account in your name. Third-party or joint accounts are not supported.
We may ask you to provide a copy of your bank statement or an IBAN letter proving ownership of the account if:
- You funded only by debit card,
- You are withdrawing to a new bank account not previously used on Thndr,
- You are withdrawing to an account you didn’t use to fund with.
Withdrawal Fees
- Local UAE withdrawals: Flat fee of 10 AED + 0.5 AED VAT.
- International withdrawals: No fees from Thndr, but your bank may charge transfer fees.
Processing times:
- Local transfers: Same day if requested before 12 PM, next business day if after 12PM (UAE Time)
- International transfers: Up to 5 business days depending on your bank.
