III. Limits and Usage
1. Limit Determination: Your Instant Deposit Limit is determined by your user tier, which is assigned based on factors such as portfolio value, total lifetime deposits, and Thndr Trader status.
2. Withdrawal Restriction: You will be restricted from all withdrawals until the underlying transfer successfully settles in Thndr’s bank account.
IV. Failure to Settle & Consequences

- Any excess proceeds from the sale will remain in your account.
Any shortfall (i.e., if the stock price declines and the sale proceeds are less than the instant deposit amount)
- Any excess proceeds from the sale will remain in your account.
