You can fund your UAE Thndr wallet using Bank transfers, Debit cards and Apple pay
Bank Transfer
- Open the Thndr app.
- Go to your wallet.
- Select “Top Up” and choose Bank Transfer.
- You’ll see Thndr’s bank account details
- Copy our bank details to make the transfer on your banking app.
- Write the reference (your Thndr username) in your banking app’s transfer notes.
- Transfer the amount from your personal bank account.
- Confirm your top up.
Important notes:
- Local UAE transfers typically take 1 business day to reflect in our account.
- International transfers can take up to 5 business days to reflect in our account.
- Transfers from corporate accounts and transfers from an account under another name cannot be accepted even if from first degree relatives.
- Transfers in EGP are not supported.
Debit Cards and Apple Pay
- Open the Thndr app.
- Go to your wallet.
- Select “Top Up” and choose Debit Card or Apple Pay
- Enter your card details and complete the transaction securely through the payment gateway.
Card payment processing fees (applied by the payment providers)
- UAE issued debit cards: 0.9% + 3.1 AED
- International debit cards: 3.7% + 1.1 AED
Important notes:
- Your debit card top up will reflect in your Thndr wallet within a few minutes
- Only cards and accounts in your name are accepted. Third-party or joint account cards cannot be used.
- Egyptian banks currently do not support this feature.
- Credit cards are not supported.
- Egyptian Debit cards are not supported.
