What is Beltone B-35 Fund?
B-35 is an open-ended equity fund that invests in low-volatility Egyptian stocks included in the EGX35-LV Index.
The fund is available for daily subscription and redemption, and is established by Beltone Asset Management with the approval of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
What does Beltone B-35 invest in?
B-35 primarily invests in companies that are part of the EGX35-LV index, a group of liquid Egyptian stocks selected for their lower price volatility.
The fund aims to build a more stable, lower-risk equity portfolio, following the investment guidelines below:
- Minimum equity exposure: 90% of the fund
- Maximum per stock: 15%
- Investments focus on stocks within the EGX35-LV index.

What is the EGX35-LV Index?
The EGX35-LV Index tracks the least volatile stocks in the Egyptian market. It includes liquid companies whose prices move more steadily and with fewer fluctuations, making it suitable for lower-risk equity strategies.
The EGX35-LV:
- Includes companies across 13 economic sectors for diversification
- Companies are selected based on the lowest daily price volatility over the past year
- All companies must already be part of the EGX100 Index

How do I place a buy order?
- Open the Thndr app and tap Explore
- Search for “B-35” or locate it under the Equity Funds section
- Tap on the fund
- Tap Buy and enter the amount you want to invest (minimum 11 certificates)
Buying & Selling
Orders are submitted daily with a cut-off time of 12 PM.
Orders submitted before 12:00 PM:
Will be sent on the same day and executed on the next business day at the new certificate price.
Orders submitted after 12:00 PM:
Will be sent on the next working day and executed on the following business day at the new certificate price.
Fees
Standard transaction fees apply to all buy and sell orders.
Fund management fees are calculated in the certificate price & not charged directly when buying or selling.
