Topping up your wallet using cash deposit method:
Please follow these steps to fund in your wallet using cash deposit method :
Head to the nearest CIB ( Note : ATM deposit is not available )
Once you choose cash deposit method on the app you will see our bank account details
Do the deposit in the bank
After finishing depositing press confirm on the app
Type the deposit amount, deposit date and the receipt number
Make sure to upload a copy of the deposit slip
The Top up will be processed within one business day from the time it reaches our bank account.
Topping up your wallet using wire transfer method:
You can use wire transfer method using two options :
- Visiting your bank and make a transfer to Thndr’s bank account
- Make the transfer using your bank’s online banking app to Thndr’s bank account
After you’ve made the transfer, please make sure to follow these steps on Thndr’s app :
- Once you choose wire transfer method you’ll find see our bank account details
- After you’ve completed the transfer, click on confirm
- Enter your transferred amount and transfer date
- Please make sure to add the reference number in your transfer
The Top up will be processed within one business day from the time it reaches our bank account.
