Job Summary
The IT Admin Assistant is responsible for providing help and support with day-to-day tasks for the IT Department in offices and workplaces. Duties include service providers’ contracts signing, invoices, document authorizations and meeting notes handling.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the IT Director to support all aspects of the department’s daily work routine.
- Manage the ISPs contracts signing, any supporting documents, and delegations required for remote site connectivity.
- Manage the vendor invoices with the different stakeholders from receiving till payment.
- Manage the required documents/approval for external entities.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of meeting minutes and summaries.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for the department.
- Organize and maintain the office filing and asset management system.
- Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or any other stuff.
- Maintain various records and documents for the IT Department.
What You'll Need
- Work experience as an Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent command of English Language
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
