Job Summary

The IT Admin Assistant is responsible for providing help and support with day-to-day tasks for the IT Department in offices and workplaces. Duties include service providers’ contracts signing, invoices, document authorizations and meeting notes handling.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the IT Director to support all aspects of the department’s daily work routine.
  • Manage the ISPs contracts signing, any supporting documents, and delegations required for remote site connectivity.
  • Manage the vendor invoices with the different stakeholders from receiving till payment.
  • Manage the required documents/approval for external entities.
  • Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of meeting minutes and summaries.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for the department.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing and asset management system.
  • Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or any other stuff.
  • Maintain various records and documents for the IT Department.

What You'll Need

  • Work experience as an Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
